We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Appointments
In order for your treatment to proceed as planned, we must see you every few weeks so we can monitor your progress and make adjustments. Several office visits may be scheduled during work or school hours. In an effort to balance the need for regularly scheduled appointments and to minimize missed school or work hours, we have designed our schedule to achieve the following goals:
- For each appointment, we allocate enough time to make adjustments, plan your next visit, discuss your treatment progress, and answer any questions you may have.
- We plan to see each patient during their scheduled time. Your time is valuable and should not be wasted sitting in our reception room.
Orthodontic treatment occurs in stages. Sometimes minor adjustments will need to be made, which requires a short appointment. Other times, we may need to make major changes to your appliance, which means a longer appointment will be necessary.
Longer appointments are scheduled during work or school hours, while appointments requiring minor changes are scheduled before or after work and school. Scheduling appointments in this manner enables us to see as many patients as possible for the shorter appointments.
Creating your schedule takes teamwork and mutual understanding. It is our goal to develop a schedule that works for everyone. As always, we thank you for your confidence, trust and support.
Insurance
We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
